Macedonia in the best way. Festivals pertain to different occasions. Some welcome the seasons of the year, the harvest, the rains, or the full moon. Others celebrate religious occasions, the birthdays of divine beings and saints, or the advent of the New Year. The Macedonian holidays, festivals and similar events are very rich in tradition and are a unique blend of the inherited Roman, Pagan, Slavic, ancient Macedonian and Christian customs. For this purpose, we reserve the right to change the schedule of the tour.
Vacations with us do not look like when tourists are spending the entire day at the beach and the evenings in the disco clubs drinking and having fun, although there might be days when you will organize your free time. But, the bulk of our tours are full with cultural and eco activities, such as visits to churches, mosques, living monasteries, old Turkish amams converted in to galleries, small and beautiful villages, learning courses of wood carving or other traditional crafts.

The cultural tours are part of the emphasizes on the revitalization of skills and motifs related to folkloric costumes and traditional dress in training sessions, product development, and promotional activities. Program activities give old techniques new life by transferring skills to new groups and stimulating interest amongst domestic and international groups. Mysticalmacedonia works with artisans and artisans associations to develop courses with skills needed to recreate traditional costumes, and a new range of applications for traditional techniques such as needlework, embroidery, woodcarving and filigree.
